Milkha Singh, known as “The Flying Sikh,” was a member of India’s national track and field team, representing India at various international competitions including the Commonwealth Games and the Olympics in the 1950s and 1960s.
At age 90, he’s still keeping fit, especially during the pandemic:
“Fitness is the most important shield for one’s body. The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has destroyed many, but it has also taught us the importance of living a healthy and simple life. I urge everyone to include regular exercise in their daily schedule,” said Milkha.
These viral stories of our Sikh seniors staying fit is definitely guilting inspiring me to keep riding.
