You helped me raise $5,519 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! This is the most you all supported me in the six times I’ve done this ride. I’m still amazed at how it all came together.
My team and I completed “America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride” in just over six hours of riding time, which is also the fastest time I’ve had at this event. This was also unexpected!
It was a beautiful day. The weather was ideal and the views lived up to the event’s billing. We joined over 2,000 cyclists from around the country for this event to raise $2.6 million in this event to help fund research and provide support services for blood cancers. I’m really touched by the collective generosity of everyone who supported me. What a thing that people who come from different walks of life, who know me in different ways, and who have their own reasons to support this cause, all come to do this good together.
