Friends, we've now collected $1,828 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! Thanks to all who have donated so far!
Friends, I'm now a month into training for America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride on June 4 -- a 100-mile route around Lake Tahoe, CA. I'm excited to share that we've raised $1,477 so far towards my $5,000 goal for @llsusa. Thanks to everyone who has supported me in this cause so far.
I’ve recently started meditating early in the morning. I’m visiting #kauai this week for a mental and physical break and gave meditating on the beach a try. The natural sounds of the waves, the light breeze, and the warmth of the rising sun were pretty nice. Then, the humans started waking up around me. Once that happened, there were a million sounds and noises of human life happening — it’s noteworthy how overstimulated we become on a day-to-day basis.
I'm raising $5K to commemorate my 5TH TIME cycling 100 miles around Lake Tahoe to raise funds for @llsusa and their fight for patients with blood cancers.
It’s week 3 of training with @teamintraining for America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride century around Lake Tahoe in June. We’re riding to raise funds for @llsusa and help patients fighting #bloodcancer.
Check out this 💩 by @strava and then check your Strava bills, people. I’m probably going to cancel my paid subscription. Thanks to @dcrainmaker for bringing this to light.
Here’s my @strava #yearinsport. One major thing not captured here is that we raised over $10K for charity this year through my bike rides. This really makes me happy. I also got to ride in new places across California and in my hometown of Vancouver. I caught COVID in the fall and the flu in the winter but I’ve been working on coming back from those — that’s been…”fun.” Thanks to everyone who supported me in 2022. It’s been quite a year!
Instagram is pushing the 9:16 ratio for videos, but cycling is a 16:9 sport. So, here's the 16:9 version of yesterday's ride.
Last minute jaunt through the Sacramento Delta. Catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in months. Great Sunday evening.
